5. Channels and Procedure for the exercise of ARCO Rights

a. Channels

b. Procedure
1. “The request” must be made using the Globos Payaso format (Download “The Request”). “The Request” must be duly completed and accompanied by the documentation indicated there.

2. If “The Request” received is insufficient or erroneous to attend it, or if the documents referred to in “The Request” are not accompanied, Látex Occidental Exportadora, S.A. of C.V. will have a period of five calendar days following receipt of “The Request” to require you, once only, to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it, for which you will have ten days to respond to the request, counting from the day after receiving the request. If no response is given within said period, the corresponding “Request” will be considered not submitted.

3. If “The Request” is duly completed and accompanied by the documentation required therein, Látex Occidental Exportadora, S.A. of C.V. within a maximum period of twenty days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, it will inform the owner of the determination adopted regarding “The Request”.

4. If “The Request” is appropriate, Látex Occidental Exportadora, S.A. of C.V. will be made effective the determination within a maximum period of fifteen days from the notification of the determination.

5. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended for an equal period when justified by the
circumstances of the case.
